What does installation require?
Two things: a nearby cold-water line and a standard power outlet. Most breakrooms already have both within reach. We handle the connection ourselves—a typical install runs under an hour, and there's no plumbing project on your end.
How often are filters changed?
We change filters on a set schedule, usually every six to twelve months depending on your water and how heavily the cooler gets used. You don't track it or order anything. We monitor it and show up to swap filters and sanitize the system as part of the service.
What does it cost?
Bottleless coolers run on a fixed monthly rate that covers the equipment, filter changes, and sanitization—no per-jug fees and no delivery charges that climb as your team grows. We'll quote it after a quick look at your space and headcount.
What's the difference between bottleless and jug delivery?
Jug delivery means someone hauls 40-pound bottles in on a truck, you store the empties, and you risk running dry before the next drop. Do you offer ice machines?
