American Vending Group operates a free informational website that helps businesses learn about vending placement options and connects interested businesses with independent, third-party vending operators. We provide general information about vending machines, micro-markets, and refreshment services, and we may facilitate an introduction between your business and one or more vending operators in your area.

We do not own, control, manage, stock, service, or operate vending machines or markets ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you may enter into with a vending operator. Submitting information to us does not guarantee that any vending equipment will be placed at your location, that you will be contacted by an operator, or that any particular terms, pricing, products, or service levels will be offered to you. Placement decisions are made solely by the independent operators based on their own criteria.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and located in the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of any business or location you identify, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Lead-Form Submissions and Accuracy of Information

When you submit a request, contact form, or other information through the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including business name, location details, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for any consequences that arise from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

By submitting your information, you consent to American Vending Group sharing it with one or more independent vending operators and other relevant service providers so that they may contact you regarding vending placement. You also consent to being contacted by us and by such operators by phone, email, or text message at the contact details you provide, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5. No Professional or Contractual Guarantee

Information provided through the Service is general in nature and is offered for convenience only. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We make no promise, guarantee, or warranty regarding any vending placement, equipment, product selection, commission, revenue, or outcome. Any agreement for vending services is solely between you and the independent operator, and the terms of that agreement are negotiated directly between you and the operator.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERICAN VENDING GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A THIRD-PARTY OPERATOR, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Vending Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your dealings with any third-party vending operator.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which American Vending Group is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.
