Do You Qualify?
See if your location qualifies for free vending — it takes a minute.
Most locations with around 25 or more on-site staff get fully managed machines at no cost. High-traffic sites often qualify with fewer. Check below — no commitment required.
Check My LocationWhat we look for in a qualifying location
These are typical guidelines — final fit is confirmed through a free, no-obligation assessment. Most locations that meet two or three of these signals qualify.
~25 or more on-site staff
Locations with roughly 25 or more employees present daily are the most common fit. The threshold is a guideline, not a hard cutoff — final qualification depends on the full picture.
Consistent daily foot traffic
Machines need enough daily use to stay profitable for everyone. Sites with steady all-day traffic — even with smaller headcounts — often qualify just as well.
Space and a standard power outlet
Most machines need a footprint of roughly 2 × 3 feet and a standard 110V outlet nearby. Break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and loading areas all typically work.
Offices and corporate campuses
Open offices, corporate campuses, and co-working buildings are among the most common qualifying locations — especially with 30 or more people on site.
Warehouses and manufacturing
Shift-based operations with high headcounts are excellent candidates. Multiple shifts mean all-day machine use, which typically qualifies easily.
Healthcare, gyms, hotels, schools & more
Healthcare facilities, fitness centers, hotels, apartment complexes, auto dealerships, and government buildings regularly qualify — often regardless of headcount due to visitor traffic.

High-traffic locations are a different story
Headcount is the most common qualifying factor, but it is not the only one. Several location types qualify with far fewer on-site employees.
- High-traffic lobbies
Buildings with steady visitor flow throughout the day — medical offices, government lobbies, transit hubs — often qualify even if the staff count is small.
- 24/7 sites
Round-the-clock operations — hospitals, hotels, security desks, fulfillment centers — distribute purchases across multiple shifts, which can more than offset a lower per-shift headcount.
- Multi-tenant buildings
If a single machine serves multiple businesses or tenants in the same building, the combined traffic from all tenants is what counts — not the headcount of any one company.

Common questions about qualifying
How many employees do I need to qualify?
Most locations with roughly 25 or more on-site staff qualify for a fully managed, no-cost vending program. That said, headcount is just one factor — we also look at daily foot traffic, your hours of operation, and the type of location. A quick assessment is the fastest way to know for certain.
What if we have fewer than 25 employees?
Smaller headcounts can still qualify when traffic is high — lobbies, 24/7 facilities, multi-tenant buildings, and mixed-use sites often see enough daily use to support a machine. Tell us about your location and we will let you know whether it is a fit.
Do multiple small locations count together?
Each location is assessed on its own traffic and staffing. If you manage several sites, we can evaluate each one individually and, in some cases, build a program that covers your whole portfolio. Reach out and we will walk through the options.
Is there any cost or commitment to check if I qualify?
None at all. The assessment is free, takes a few minutes, and comes with zero obligation. If your location is a good fit we will put together a recommendation; if it is not quite there yet, we will be upfront about that too.
