How Free Vending Works
We install, stock, and service vending machines, micro-markets, and office coffee at $0 cost to your business. You get a fully managed break room benefit. We earn from product sales. Everyone wins.
A fully managed break room benefit at zero cost
Free-placement vending is simple: we bring the equipment, we keep it stocked, we fix it when something breaks. Your business pays nothing.
Traditional vending requires you to either buy machines outright (a large capital expense) or lease them (recurring monthly payments plus you may still handle stocking and repairs yourself). Free placement is a third option: we own and operate the equipment on your premises at no charge. Our revenue comes from the products your employees purchase. Because we run a scaled network of locations, the economics work without any fees to you.
The result is a break room benefit that costs your business nothing while giving your team convenient access to snacks, drinks, fresh food, and coffee every day.
From first call to fully stocked break room
Five steps. One point of contact throughout. No project management required on your end.
Most locations are up and running within a few weeks of their first conversation with us. We handle logistics, delivery, installation, and setup. You approve the plan—then we take it from there.
Start the processFree assessment of your space & headcount
We start with a quick conversation—no site visit required for most locations. Tell us your headcount, break room setup, and what your team currently reaches for. We use that to size the right equipment and product mix.
We recommend the right mix
Based on your location, we recommend the combination that fits best: traditional vending machines, a micro-market with fresh food, office coffee service, or all three. You approve the plan before anything moves forward.
Free delivery and professional installation
Our team handles all delivery, placement, and installation at zero cost to you. Machines are configured, stocked, and ready on day one. No contractor coordination, no invoices for the install.
Scheduled, remote-monitored restocking
Every machine is cloud-connected. We track inventory in real time and schedule restocking before items run out. You never need to manage stock levels, place orders, or chase down a technician.
Ongoing service and repairs—all at no cost
If a machine needs a repair, we handle it. One point of contact for your entire account. No service tickets routed to third parties, no waiting weeks for a part. Your break room stays running.
Free placement vs. Lease vs. Buy
Three ways to get vending in your workplace. Here is what each one actually means for your budget and your team.
| Free Placement Recommended for most workplaces | Lease Monthly payments required | Buy Large upfront investment | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | $0 | $0 upfront, but monthly payments | $1,500–$10,000+ per machine |
| Ongoing cost | $0 — we earn from sales | Monthly lease fee + possible stocking/service fees | Stocking, repairs, and maintenance on you |
| Who owns the machine? | Us | Lessor until lease ends | You |
| Who handles restocking? | Us — scheduled, remote-monitored | Varies; often you or an extra-cost add-on | You |
| Who handles repairs? | Us — at no cost to you | Varies; often an additional service fee | You (or a paid technician) |
| Equipment management | Fully managed — zero effort from you | Partial — depends on terms | Fully self-managed |
| Best for | Qualifying workplaces that want a hands-off benefit | Operators who want flexibility but can handle some management | Companies that want full control and can absorb capital + ongoing ops |
| Check if you qualify | Monthly cost varies by vendor | Capital outlay required |
- Cost: $0 — machines, install, restocking, repairs
- Who manages it: Us, entirely
- How we earn: From product sales in your machines
- Best for: Qualifying workplaces that want a zero-effort break room benefit
- Cost: Monthly lease payments; stocking/service may be extra
- Who manages it: Varies by agreement — often partially on you
- Best for: Operators who want flexibility with some control
- Upfront cost: $1,500–$10,000+ per machine
- Who manages it: You own and operate everything
- Best for: Companies wanting full control who can absorb capital and ongoing ops costs
For most qualifying workplaces, free placement provides the same employee benefit as owning or leasing — with none of the cost or management overhead. The right choice depends on your site, headcount, and operational preferences.
Do you qualify for free placement?
Most workplaces with 25 or more on-site employees qualify. High-traffic locations can qualify with fewer.
The free-placement model works because consistent foot traffic generates enough product sales to cover our costs. As a general guideline:
- Offices, warehouses, and manufacturing floors with 25+ on-site employees
- High-traffic sites — lobbies, gyms, apartment complexes — may qualify with fewer
- Multi-location accounts are welcome; we serve sites across all 50 states
- Existing equipment is no problem — we assess what you have and recommend changes only where needed

Common questions about how free vending works
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the machines, delivery, installation, restocking, or repairs. The entire program runs at $0 cost to your business. We earn revenue from product sales, which is how the model sustains itself without charging you.
How do you make money?
We make money the same way any vending operator does—from the margin on the products sold in the machines. When your employees buy snacks, drinks, coffee, or fresh food, a portion of that price covers our costs. Because we serve 1,000+ locations across 50 states, we can operate profitably without charging you a facility fee.
What is the catch?
There is no catch, but there are qualifying factors. We need a location with enough daily traffic to make the economics work—typically 25 or more on-site people, though high-traffic sites like lobbies and gyms can qualify with fewer. If your location qualifies, the program is genuinely free.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Our agreements are straightforward and designed to protect both sides. We ask for a reasonable term so we can recoup the cost of placing equipment, but we do not trap you in multi-year deals with punishing exit clauses. We will walk you through the terms before anything is signed.
Who restocks and repairs the machines?
We do—entirely. Our team handles all restocking on a scheduled basis using remote inventory data. If something breaks, we dispatch a technician at no cost to you. You have one point of contact for the entire account and never need to coordinate with a separate service company.
What if I have multiple locations?
Multi-location accounts are welcome and common. We serve businesses across all 50 states, and we assign a single point of contact to manage every site under your account. You get one relationship, consistent service standards, and consolidated communication regardless of how many locations you have.
